HYSO Automatic Door Handle Disinfectant

Being a nurse in the community I have come across these in my travels. They normally work well and such a good idea! Mine unfortunately arrived broken with a wire disconnected. I contacted the company to make them aware. They responded quickly saying they would replace it but unfortunately never have . In there defense the coronavirus outbreak occurred right after this so maybe that’s the reason for the delay
