Egyptian Protein Gold Hair Strengthener Conditioner Treatment 16oz

I used the product one time which it worked great. But then it turned to glue upon trying to use a second time in March. I have been trying to reach the seller whom product was purchased from. But I have been unable to locate any contact info. The only explanation is this product has been sitting on the shelve a long time in order to turn into glue. It is very sticky, when I poured into my hands to apply to hands nothing but glue.

The product was diluted. It smelled of a chemical mix.
