I LOVE these!! I was slightly skeptical by the negative review, but this band seemed to be the only one that fit my needs so I went for it. I like the mesh window for breathability because I workout with my line in and this band is much less sweaty and more secure (not to mention much more stylish!) than the gauzy wrap the infusion pharmacy sends me. I am also a bit OCD about taking care of my line and making sure nothing is wrong with it. The mesh window allows me to check on it often without having to expose it.It fits exactly as expected, I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about! Perhaps she measured wrong! I have ordered 3 more colors since purchasing this one and I love them all. I have one to go with every outfit now. They all fit exactly the same, as expected.These bands help me feel less self conscious about my line, and have become a sort of fun fashion accessory. They look great even with dresses (I wear the grey one with dresses) and I constantly get complements!Well worth the price!

I’m a women with a 14 inch arm measurement (measured 3x - once by myself, once by an RN at the hospital who inserted my picc line, and once again by the home health RN). No question that my arm measurement is accurate. I ordered the M per the sizing guide (13” to 15”). To say the sleeve runs big is an understatement. The thing is huge. It was so big that it literally just would fall off my arm without me even moving at all, WHILE wearing the picc line which would have added extra bulk to my arm. It felt like I must have been wearing an XL, so I checked the package and the cover itself and it very clearly said M 13” - 15”. So based on my experience I probably need to order at least 2 sizes down, however that wasn’t the only issue.The quality of the material is that of a very, very thin and cheap sock, but unlike a sock (or even a t-shirt) the fabric has ZERO stretch - kind of like a super thin table cloth. The top and bottom of the tube appear to be even wider than the tube itself, so no wonder it just falls off. Lastly the window for the picc like is made of very thin mesh netting which feels like I could tear with my fingers if I tried.Overall I would not recommend. I ordered two other picc line covers to try out from Amazon that should be arriving soon; in the meantime I’ll be returning this asap.

I recently purchased the Care+Wear PICC line cover and I was blown away by the original black cover. It was way nicer than the mesh option that the hospital had provided for me. I saw a number of options and shared them with my nurse, who told me that they wouldn’t work as they constricted air flow and prevented air from getting to the insertion site. And then I found Care+Wear with my nurse and we were both amazed. It has a unique mesh window which allows for air to get into the dressing and allows you to see the insertion site and monitor for leakage and infection. The antimicrobial treatment made me feel more comfortable about wearing the product and being able to wash and dry it with my clothes has made caring for my PICC line amazingly simple.The company also has a number of other colors and designs and what I love about this is that it was clearly designed with fashion and functionality in mind. It allows me to feel more comfortable in social settings and I’ve felt super comfortable going out and not having everyone staring.

Runs large….We measured my husbands bicep and ordered two of the reccomended size. His bicep was at the top end of the range for the size we bought. Within a few days of use it had stretched out enough that it’s loose on his arm and needs to be adjusted often. We just ordered and received a smaller one that according to the size chart would be too small but it fits well. Otherwise we love it.

These are great, but sizing is way off. I ordered medium and it was so big that it kept slipping down my arm, exposing my PICC line. I ended up having to use a strip of being(so it would match) KT athletic tape to the top of this so that it would not slip down. That worked out for me, but, I wish I had ordered a smaller size. The breathable window feature of this PICC sleeve is wonderful. I loved that feature of this.

I had no idea how hard it would be to find a PICC line cover that a) fit and b) would stay in place. I have tried several products. Each has it's merits but I would have to say this is the best so far. The material quality is very nice. It has a good feel to it, very soft - like a thin t-shirt material but with more elastic so it stays in place better. The construction quality is very professional. Thank you care + wear for your assistance in making an exchange for a smaller size. The first one I ordered was too big and kept sliding off. Fit tip: I was in range for two sizes but the smaller one fit better without being too tight. If you are looking for a PICC line cover, these are worth a try.

Nicely made, but I have huge arms and was concerned it would be too tight...it is so big that it just keeps falling down my arm. Will just sew another seem in it, because I need the protection small piece of elastic cloth sewn together in probably 2 minutes or less. I'm sadly disappointed with this because for the price, it is so not worth it.

Can't imagine there is a better product on the market. This team has clearly thought of everything from the aesthetics, design, functionality, and comfort. The band fits perfectly, is very breathable, and is even a nice fashion statement with all of the colors. And it's clear that Care+Wear is mission oriented. I researched various competitor products and none come close to matching everything that this PICC line cover has to offer. I will definitely purchase again and hope everyone who needs such a product is able to be connected to Care+Wear.
