This product is well made and extremely strong. The other reviews of the arms being bent after a few goes is absolutely rubbish! They were obviously put in a vice and pulled out of shape. The force is inline with the arms so no way they will bend. Anyway the product - the settings are progressive and evenly spaced. Very smooth in operation and consistent throughout the movement. The last 2” of squeeze is reduced as your at the end of travel. You can use this for many exercises not just as you see “out in front”. You can do “side lateral pulls” “Biceps to chest pulls” putting your arm on a box to raise it you can do “arm wrestling” action. This is very versatile and highly recommended purchase. Also no evidence of the oil content leaking. Excellent product and well engineered.

This is a good addition to the gym, fairly difficult on 10, almost impossible on 20, you can feel it in the forearms, shoulders and in your core, but mainly the chest, similar to an old skool bullworker.

Let's be clear - this is NOT for 'the whole family'. Boys, women, and grandad would be hard pressed to use this even on the minimum level. 44Ibs resistance is too much for the average woman (why on earth a woman would want to develop pects heaven only knows).Over the years my muscle has turned to flab, and 10 (exhausting) minutes at minimum level is not easy. Yet even after this relatively light session I can see muscle returning. It's not exercise... it won't make you fit. It's purely muscle-building, and ideal for chaps who already have muscles up top and want to keep them.

Commit yourself to at least 60 pulls with this everyday, then increase. I'll be honest i thought this was a bit of a gimmick, but if you have the right mindset you will see great results.

On strength 5 was ok until it all started getting loose. Tighten the bolts and carried on. Once upped the strength to 8 it just fell apart, broke the core part. Want a replacement or refund but the return window is closed. Very upset with this product. Was good until it lasted.

Decent solid construction however is very limited in the exercises you can do with it not to mention you only get the squeeze effort and not any release effort on the excercize.Was enough to peek my interest in a device to help with weights but found Bull workers far more versatile and far far more value of to workouts. You will pay 3 times as much for a bullworker but will get far more out of it and far more excersizes. There's no manual on exercises with this but I've got 4 out of it, 3 arms and a make shift leg. Bull workers have over 40 with a full guide. Spend the extra and Get one of those.

Personally I find this very helpful would definitely say is for people who is used to going to the gym that cannot go as much as they wanted to as the weights could be quite high for new starters but other than that it works amazing and does what it says it does

Very Simple pleasing Design. Doesn't take up any space. Has a Solid Feel. Came with extra pieces which is nice as well. So I immediately tried it on just the lowest setting 2. That is a good level to use for Therapy starting out. I did try to rotate the mechanism to number 4.It was kinda hard but I was able to rotate it to the corresponding number. Haven't tried it on a higher setting yet. I believe this to be a Really nice piece of equipment for anybody as a stand alone or to add to existing workouts. As stated previously for me it is purely therapeutic, which fits the bill for me. I believe this to be much better than rubber bands.

Great piece of gear. Excellent after sale service. Provides a challenging workout. Easily varied by simply changing angle or height of grip. Customer service top notch! Highly recommend.

The built quality is good, it feels solid in your hands. The power adjustment is easy to use, however I'd recommend noting the weight resistance next to numbers. I believe it will serve me for some time as it feels durable. Overall it's fit for duty, I'd recommend it 👌

This definitely gives you a workout. It tightens the muscles and gives me strength. After a month of using it, I feel that it is well built and will hold up. Super easy to adjust the resistance and very compact. The price here on Amazon was great.

This works great, I've been using it daily for 2 weeks and noticing huge strides in tone and muscle build. This can work out your entire upper body and back, depending on how you hold it and how you position your grip. Great product. As others have noted, the turn dial is not the greatest, but otherwise this is a great deal.
