Poor finish
Opening the closed end of a fresh pack is so difficult, several sheets are lost before one gets to regular position.

Earlier, this product was good. It was 4-ply as mentioned in product detail. But now, they are giving only 1-ply in the name of 4-ply. So, please don't buy it thinking it to be 4-ply. I don't recommend it to anyone looking for thick kitchen towels. They hv compromised with quality.
