Metal quality is good but the rope on it received torn unfortunately I cannot exchange it coz the return window is closed

Don't expect a high quality product
The quality of the product was lower than my expectations. I of course did not look for a very high quality pf material and finish but the bed was rather poor in finish and paint quality. The screws, washers, rubber bushes etc were very flimsy. The colour is mentioned in the product name itself. but instead of the blue orddered a green product was sent.
