Cambion Heel Lift - 1/4" - Large - Sold Individually

It does what it's supposed to do, but i had to add tape to hold it in place in some of the shoes I have. Time will tell it's durability.

The heel lifts are just okay. they are a little narrow which suprised me, and that tends to make them uncomfortable for my larger heel. That seems surprising given that they were large. Would not buy them again.

Slides around in the shoe. As long as I can get it to stay in place it does the job well.

Having searched for weeks to fit the correct lifts, the Cambion lifts are exactly what was prescribed by my physical therapist. They are perfect and have been inserted into my work shoes as well as tennis shoes. I'm very satisfied.

The heel insert is too short, so it doesn't cover my whole heel and it’s uncomfortable. It's also covered in a sticky substance on both sides, so it quickly got filthy with dog hair. And of course, there are no returns once you try it out, so it was a complete waste of money. There are better heel inserts out there that are worth the extra money.

It's too sticky and picks up a lot of dust and dirt that gets into your shoe.

these were very uncomfortable. they also came off the shoe, as they stuck to my socks. i will not buy them again.
