Magical Times: Empowerment Cards

Artwork. Artwork. Did I mention that I'm in love with Jody Bergsma's ability to create works of art?I have only had this deck a couple of days and have only used it once. Life is back to it's usual dull roar so I look forward to getting familiar with the deck. I'm very pleased with the one time that it was quiet enough for me to spend some 'Magical Time' with the deck.

Of course Jody Bergsma‘s art is sumptuous, fantastical and uniquely gorgeous however none of her decks have been produced to serve her art well. The card stock is too thin and nothing substantial in comparison to higher end oracle decks. The print quality isn’t bad however it isn’t good either. This is a subpar quality deck. The colors could’ve been much more rich, better stock should have been used as well as a luxury matte finish or luxury gloss finish. The image on the backside of the cards is simply unreal in its lack of creativity. Really Jody, that’s the best you could do? Very disappointed. This deck is unworthy of my collection.

I haven't used this card deck much yet but so far really enjoy it.Before buying this I kept being drawn to look at it on Amazon.One day I looked at the reviews and the picture images and once I saw the images I thought to myself I have to have this deck even though I am running out of room for card decks.I felt this one was to special to pass up.Jody not only created the cards themselves but the booklet as well.That is something you rarely find in a card deck.The booklet is filled with beautiful affirmations you can say while look at a particula card and the cards themselves are watercolor paintings with some abstract designs here and there in he background of the cards.The cards have a variety of various things including frogs,fairies,dragons,various animals,people,birds,insects,and more.On the front of the card very simple for example there is a card called Healing.and underneath the picture it says Bless all in need of healing.Hope and Love,Sprint Grants Us Strength and Wisdom.Guide Us To The Path Of Wellness.And in the enclosed booklet there is am affirmation for the card.The box it comes in is quite unusually and not like any card deck box I've had before.So if you like cards this card deck to get.A great addition to any card collection at least in my opinion.

These cards are definitely a diamond in the rough; I'm talking dragons, butterflies, birds, etc. Also, the energy coming from these cards is so loving and caring, but serious. If you want the truth to be told, this is the deck to get. Plus, the artwork is beyond lovely. I just don't know how to describe how awesome these cards are. But, I will say that the card stock is great for shuffling, and they don't have that sticky coating that makes you have to pull the cards apart. I can't believe this phenomenal deal. Well worth the purchase. I asked for a card for those of you who read my review. It you got this far your card is CHANGE. Buy the deck and read what Change is about. Happy shopping 😉.

I ordered Jody Bergsma's 'Magical Times Empowerment Cards' because I had seen her work posted on Facebook and I love it. I can honestly say that I very seldom connect this easily and this deeply with any oracle/tarot cards. She is a wonderful fantasy artist. I wanted a print that I could hang on my wall but I ordered the cards instead. I am glad I did. They have her beautiful artwork with affirmations, that little nugget that you need to carry with you through the day.A couple of examples chosen at random:Destiny (has dolphins): "Acknowledge your mission. Align with your purpose. You have gifts to share with the world."Sanctuary (has a fairy on a unicorn): "Embrace the need for solitude. Your inner sanctuary calls you. Renew yourself and thrive."Pilgrimage (has a wizard and several animals): "You are on a journey to your own greatness. Your soul is longing to find the way. Only you can choose your path."I am very pleased with my deck. I intend to spend some quality time with it. It is a deck that will give me a bit of encouragement when I need it.

This deck serves it's own purpose. I enjoy the colors on the cards. The messages are nice and very short so they are excellent one card pulls, especially for those who are afraid of divination decks. Like, I would have these cards laying around at work because they are more like empowerment cards (like the title indicates) than oracle cards. So it still delivers you an accurate message but its more like... hey you, pull a card read it, and learn to incorporate the lessons within your day... type of thing. That's why I think these cards are great to have around work, so other people can pull a card to escape the mundane. My Dr. tends to have such a cards out. She puts them in a basket, and allows for you to pull a card to start the rest of your day. If think I might do the same at work to help uplift some really negative people and personalities... we have too many of them where I work.

I wasn't sure if I would like these, but my intuition said to get them, so I did. Well, no disappointment here. They are lovely to contemplate and the messages I received are beautiful and comforting. A great addition to your card collection. I predict you will love them too!

LOVE the art on these. We don't use the booklet at all. I'd wanted them for a long time but bought them for my daughter. She loves them and uses them frequently. All uplifting, a lot of fairies and beautiful animals. A few dragons and unicorns, lots of things like dragonflies too. Also some mandala type layouts of the art on the cards. The meanings are right on the cards so you can figure them out for yourself. The backs don't really match... a dark blue with a plain rainbow repeating pattern. But my daughter loves them. Nice, sturdy, flip-top lid. Would purchase again.

Poor quality !! Cards are thin plus the paper booklet !!! Would never have purchased if I had known !! I have had better quality cards free with a well known spiritual magazine !!

I read all the positive feedback before purchase...unfortunately these cards, to me are very cheaply made and basic and the accompanying book only consists of a couple of lines based on each card.I collect decks of Oracle and Tarot cards and this will probably remain at the bottom of my stock.

Beautifully illustrated deck with clear, positive messages to help move forward. The messages are so uplifting and powerful.

Such lovely artwork on these cards and the backs are very vibrant too. They are a little on the large side but still easy to shuffle if you have the knack. I would really recommend these cards to anyone who love oracle decks and enjoys the faeries and fantasy creatures.

Another great deck . Arrived quickly, well packaged. Lovely deck to work with will take one deep into depth shenanigans readings. Fab art work too.
