Fiat LuxeLavender Felted Soap

very cool and clever idea, smells nice- I gave it as a gift and I love giving unusual gifts. My friend said "I have never seen anything like this"

While the soap itself smells good, I did not like the felt at all. I ended up cutting the soap out and trashing the felt. A bit of a novelty product.

I'm sorry but this product really let me down. After reading great reviews on Yahoo, I purchased it and expected a great product. Instead it turned out to be a disappointment. I'm sure the company has other fine products but this one isn't one of them.

I purchased this exact soap by Fiat Luxe on another website & I have to say that I love it. I soaked mine in boiling hot water for a few hours, the instructions do say to soak the whole product in hot water prior to the first use. The soap was quite sudsy if you ask me! My skin felt clean and exfoliated after I use this soap. I've been using it for 2 or 3 weeks and I have not run out of soap. I'm not sure what other reviewer's are expecting. You do have to work the soap out, twisting it over in your hands a couple of times to get the soap out. I love it. Suds doesn't always equal clean, however, but I just want to express that I didn't have an issue with my soap sudsing, I'm on here looking to buy this soap for some family members.

Fortunately these were on sale at Anthro so I didn't pay full price. As the other reviewers have said, it didn't lather well so I ended up squirting body wash onto the felt and it was fine, it did exfoliate which was good. Squirting on body wash helps it not feel like you're scrubbing with a sock, after doing this a few times, I finally got that good lather. All in all this soap is ok, you just need to work with it.
