I bought this hoping it would help boost my mood a little through the winter months. After one month of taking it daily, not only are my moods far more positive and stable (I really was not expecting such a noticeable change), but my libido increased - that was a nice surprise! - and I found that my digestion vastly improved. Bloating and constipation that I'd been dealing with for years disappeared. I could not be happier. I've never received such significant results from a supplement, to be honest. I will be buying bottle after bottle of this. It says take two a day, but the dosage is high enough that I've only found I need to take one.

My husband had voracious hunger and craving for carbohydrates due to two medications he was on. No matter how much he ate, it didn’t go away. This remedy helps him.

I don't know the exact percentage of saffron to rice flour so I don't feel comfortable giving this supplement 5 stars. Pure saffron is very expensive and I've never seen a pure saffron supplement. That said, I still think this is a very good supplement and saffron is suppose to be high in antioxidants and is beneficial to good health. The capsules are regular size.

This is a great price and quality for thus supplement, especially considering the price as Saffron as a spice.

Capsules are easy to swallow and it is a good value for the money.

I don’t know what the three little capsules are. I didn’t see them until half of the bottle was gone I don’t know if they have contaminated the rest of the capsules.

Don't buy, it doesn't work. I am disappointed I wasted my money.
