We purchased this for my mom while she was visiting us in the States. Didn't experience any connection issues. It was easy to set up. The customer service was not bad at all. I used the auto charge during her travel and cancelled it after she left.

Not working with unlock phone as describe. No service, No signal, it doesn't work at all. Don't buy it!Don't trust Speedtalk, I return this product and it keep charging to my credit card every month.

SUCKS!! A Ripoff!

I used my card for the first time to buy extra time at Speedtalk April 6th. this was the only online purchase i made with the card. April 10th my card was used to fraudulently purchase air tickets in Singapore online. I recommended Speedtalk to my Father in Law. This was the only purchase he made with his card that month. It was used for a fraudulent online purchase two days later. Speedtalk has either lax online security, or they are actively stealing card numbers. Stay away!

The chip I got from Amazon was expired so I had to contact the company and took Them a week and a half to send me another one Besides that everything works.
