Don't follow the baking instructions printed on the pack.
The cooking instruction needs fixing, if we follow the instructions, the cake comes burnt at the bottom, too hard and dry. What we did was - Used 75ml oil + 85 ml water and baked at 170-175C and only for 30 min. It raised well, came fluffy, soft and perfectly done.
