This brace is brilliant I've gone through many braces in my time and all have been pretty rubbish too tight too short not big enough not small enough baggy but this this product is amazing it's brilliant the elasticity of the knee brace is great it warms up quickly it's comfortable and it is my pain within 15 minutes it's easy to pull on and position without struggling and easily bounces back to its correct shape after you take it off it's very little effort and a great product and I love the fact that it comes in a set of two not in a set of one and the price I paid was a complete bargain I would recommend this to anybody I play hockey every other day and I can wear this on my knee whilst playing hockey and not even know it's there great job love love this product

I hoped it will make my knees additionally warm but it doesn’t add extra heat.However I’m pretty happy with this one.So even in hot summer my knees feels really cold: even if I sweating of too much heat. Don’t know why, but it also really hurts. I found out that it’s getting better after sleeping in bed with electric heated mattress. So I’m looking for something what will help keep them warm. And it does the job! They are kind of comfortable If I put on top of trousers I can walk all day long. I have really extraordinary sensitive skin for specific materials like Lycra - its irritating me after some time so putting this directly on legs will not work with me - I will get really frustrated within 1-2 hours.If they would give me that extra heat I’m looking for definitely I will recommend with 10 of 5 stars, but it doesn’t. I’m wearing it reversed because is less visible, especially for work.I’m cycling almost everyday and I can’t imagine to go out without them anymore. My knees love that thing, because it’s like extra protection from cold.Definitely it will help keep legs warm. But it allows body to keep own temperature work rather like insulation so own temperature doesn’t escape outside but remains in body.If that is what they call self heated than it works for sure. But for me naming is confusing. Will work better as insulation than self heated. There are plasters which are make self heated and they work like extra warmers. But this is not a case here.So I think my explanation is good enough for all who are interested in this product.

Bought the item as heated knee pads, needless to say they didn't warm my knees any more than usual after wearing for several hours.

They help when I am at work as a carer it's easy for kneeling, but smell like a factory and very itchy after awhile

Doesn't heat up no support at all totally useless
