Great tasting and easy breakfast on the go. In terms of best bang for your buck for a quick and delicious breakfast, this cannot be beat. Great taste, smells wonderful.

Good luck gaging down this product
Muffins tasted dry and stale and it wasn't at all a pleasant taste. Although the shape and look of a blueberry is depicted on the packaging there was one discernible berry to be found in the entire muffin. Too bad food is returnable because this would be going back after the first bite.

Nothing misleading
~20g fat and ~45g carb is perfectly normal for a muffin. Protein is not, which this has. Thats the product. More protein, not less fat and carbs. Great product and great taste. It is rich in protein, so the texture isn't incredible. Texture is 3.5/5 (I’ve had a lot of these, not from amazon)

These are not keto
Be aware... That these are not keto like their cookies. Would help if they added the nutritional info in description or in photos... Kind of thick and pasty...
