This mat is great because it stays firmly on the floor and doesn't slide when I jump/hop from side to side in POP pilates! It is also well made so when I jump back into a plank in yoga/pilates it doesn't tear like a cheaper mat that I had. Even though this mat is thinner than some others, to me, it is still soft and comfortable. One of the best things about this mat is that I'm 5"3" and when I do a "morning" stretch, lying on my back with arms & legs fully extended, I fit! No part of my body is off the mat! I was pleasantly surprised to have such a good quality mat that also looks pretty for such a great price!

Easy storage, easy folding, comfortable, pretty long and soft, looks great, and it easily portable. I highly recommend it!

I ordered a gaiam weeks before this one and it was falling apart, smelled funny, and quite thick. It's the perfect thickness, in my opinion, it aired out quickly, and I feel stable in inversions and difficult poses after I start sweating. The strap it comes with is also perfect. Better than the gaiam and half the price,; great value.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase because I was looking for a lightweight, budget option. But it's already beginning to wear after a few outdoor sessions.

I hate using gym yoga mats as there are not cleaned properly this is perfect and skips into my gym bag perfectly

Unfortunately after using this matt for the first time I realized it was not a matt to be used with shoes. My sneakers created snags and missing chucks of fabrics. Probably my fault for not asking about this before buying.Not for weight training.

This is just what I wanted! I wanted a durable, yet not too thick mat. I have wood floors and this mat stays in place and the texture allowed me to stretch on it with socks on and there was no slip at all.There's enough traction so that when you roll it up, it doesn't slide around. It's also not too thick to where it'll tear or cumbersome to roll up. I've used other mats that were a pain to put away; you don't want to have to deal with that after your work out.It comes with an elastic carrying strap that I really like because it's got some give to it. You don't have to roll the mat all tightly just to get it to fit back in again.I think this mat is the best quality for the cost and I'm very satisfied with it. It also didn't come in a whole bunch of unnecessary packaging. Just shrink wrapped in plastic. And, there was no chemical, plastic smell which I was expecting!

Recibí este producto a tiempo y el tapete me resulta muy útil, cómodo y práctico. No ocupa mucho espacio, no te resbalas, es ligero y es cómodo para practicar yoga. Si no quieres invertir mucho y quieres un buen tapete, definitivamente es una buena opción.

This mat is very light, easy to roll, it is thick enough for my knees and the straps do the job. I use a towel on top of it for my hot yoga classes and both stay in place through class. I also love the colour! The price is very good and I wouldn't even look for a different brand/model mat if I had to get one more.

I was over the moon pleased with this mat. It was the colour as described, and nice and thick. I have looked locally in stores for something comparable and the closet price I found was about $30, so this was a deal at about 1/2 the price.
