Very nicer cinnamon
Terrific Ceylon cinnamon.An Ayurveda practitioner recommended I consume cinnamon, clove, and ginger for a health issue.Instead of coffee in the morning I have a cinnamon, ginger, and honey tea. Can’t get past the clove taste first thing in the morni morning but I have started making mead with clove and other spices. That I drink before bed.This Ceylon cinnamon is milder and sweeter than Cassia cinnamonHighly recommend

Something isn’t right
I wish I had read some reviews before buying a large bag of this cinnamon. As soon as I opened the bag, the smell was wrong. It barely smells like cinnamon. It almost seems like they’ve filled it with pepper or some other unrecognizable thing. I was hoping once it was added to baked goods it would be fine. Unfortunately, there is almost no cinnamon flavor at all. Just a strange, hard to put your finger on it spice. I run a small bakery and I wasn’t able to sell two batches of items due to the really poor quality of this product.

cannot believe how bad it is
I cannot believe I spent this much money on this. They put another spice in with the cinnamon. I can smell the other spice more than the cinnamon. I would never eat this. Who knows what they put in it. Good thing I bought it as a cat repellent. Maybe it will make the cats sick. Don't eat it.
