Professional Carpenter's Tool Belt Combo w/Air-Channel Pro Comfort Back Support Belt. (Large 36-40 Inch Waist)

I’ve bought this same set of bags 3 times. This third run I think I either got a dud set or they’ve dropped their quality levels in their products. The belt didn’t last more than 3 weeks before the Velcro stopped working and the leather belt began to crack open. I’m a framer and carry a lot of tools in my bags. So maybe I beat them up more than your average tradesman. But 3 weeks for $100? No thanks. These bags couldn’t handle the Pacific Northwest winter.

Overall super comfortable, rugged, spacious and ergonomic pockets and pouches for nail sets, bars, tape, square.Pros:-affordable-comfortable/snug belt-durable material/build-versital configuration-impactor fits in right pocket, not needing a extra drill holster.Cons:-Rivet has already busted on left pouch (two weeks of use)-Turning around on a ladder is tough due to width/bulkiness-suspenders aren't snug (I'm 5'7'' & have them as short as they will go)-suspenders rub on neck when wearing a t-shirt

First, let me mention that in my world of rating, all things start at 5 stars and go down. So, these bags are exactly what I expected and get a five star. They are tuff, they look good, they have a good bag set-up... The only thing I would nick-pick would be, I would personally like another one or two dedicated tool holders/loops/pouch, but I am notorious for carrying too many things in my bags and hate having 8 different tools crammed into one bag, then having to dig through 7 to find the one! Also worth mentioning and probably the only real complaint, the belt seems to be cracking or breaking were I latch it and un-latch it everyday.. I don't know if it is because of the cold or just a synthetic leather that is "brittle", but it is removable from the padded back support, which I love! and can be replaced with something a little softer when that time comes. In short, for the price of these bags, I think they are solid and would suggest and/or buy them again. I where a 31 waist pant, and the medium size bags are nearly too big. I would probably buy the small next time rather than be at the end of my belt adjustment.. Unless of course I stop putting them, start watching TV, and go up a couple of digits on my waist size...

To start. I do concrete forms, as a union carpenter, So I'm a little rougher on my stuff.Comfortable for awhile. But durability lacks. The leather of the belt is starting to rip, and my main nail pouch has a hole and. Pencil pockets are gone one onside. And cats paw holder completely tore at the seems. Loved them at first but. Disappointed at the durability.

Purchased this in August 2021 . Didn't start using this until September. Only 2 1/2 months It's already falling apart . Soon as I take it off my waste the Baggs start falling off and pulls the belt off the waste / back strap . The velcro holding the bags on the belt and the velcro on the front overlap flaps stops holding.I work 8 hours a day framing garages and homes .Carry a tape measure, hammer , speed square, level,chalk line , few pencils and screws . Witch is supposed to be what it's made for .I wish I could return this but I bought it while before starting back to work from a car accident .

My husband loves everything about the bags BUT the velcro is coming off already not cool OK this is my second time to rate this bag I give it a 2 now because now the thread is coming so now the treads are coming out and apart and the velcro is falling off my husband has been using about four weeks roofing I think they should last be strong for the price :(

My fav set is MTM, but they don't make them anymore. These are a good set that lasted me about 5 years before my nail puller put holes in them. I bought my son a pair. These are the best bang for your buck. I ordered a large but should have ordered an extra large belt, Gatorback replaced it real fast excellent customer service. This belt is durable and more importantly, lightweight. I don’t like heavy tool belts I used to have Occidental Leather belt but quit using it because They are heavy and I had to lug that additional weight all damn week. Now I prefer light weight during fabric belts and love it.

I've been a carpenter for 16 years and have tried a wide variety of tool belts and this one comes out on top. Excellent quality and extremely comfortable. I have a small waist (29-30") and am very happy that the small size accommodates my size perfectly. The belt design is so comfortable that I can work all day loaded up and barely notice. Very happy and will be ordering the same when this one gives out!

The gatorback is a great set up for everyday framers! The belt is comfortable and fits pretty well out of the box. The bags are a bit stiff right away but they work in pretty easily. I wear a size 34 pant and i bought the large, fits a little loosely but not terrible and a pair of suspenders will fix that right up. Great customer service at alpha tools would definitely recommend!

Worth it if your a small person! Super comfy large pockets havent gotten to work with it yet but i cant wait to try it out

I've had the belt for two months now. They only bad thing is the outer belt is too big. I ordered a large belt as I am a 36.
