I had to style my hair in a side pony for this piece. The velcro is not strong enough for my thick hair for a real pony tail. The hair that is supposed to wrap around it is also not enough to cover the velcro in its entirety. I had to use more pieces of the pony tail to wrap around the velco than what was connected to it, just to cover.The velcro slides down your pony tail throughout the day and eventually gets unraveled. If you’re embarrassed of someone potentially seeing the velco, this piece is not for you. If you’re like me, and could not care less about it being shown, then you may love this, haha!It is also good for a quick event such as a dinner party. However, make sure you are making trips to the bathroom to tighten it up or at least check on it.The hair itself is beautiful!My only recommendation is a different type of fastener other than Velcro, or at least stronger AND skinnier Velcro, so it could be covered easily with hair wrapped around it.

My own hair is thin and fine. It's sad. After a hard day with a thin sad looking ponytail I ordered this...I should have just stopped. So my thin and fine hair is almost waist length. The problem with this is that there is no real "pocket" in this ponytail thing so my thin fine hair likes to hang below the ponytail thing. Don't ask me to curl it, I have tried. So if there was a REAL pocket that would hold your own fine thin hair it would be better. Then let's go to the fact that it is heavy. It really is. It might start pulling the actual pony tail and then you have a fun problem because you can't get to your real ponytail to tighten it. I am glad it works for some. It might work if you own hair is not long and you want a pretty pony or if your own hair isn't as long as mine and you want to add fullness. The color was a little off for me but it didn't matter too much. I should have sent it back, but I didn't. I am not sure what I am going to do with it. Maybe keep experimenting. Maybe I can put it on the dog occasionally for entertainment purposes. Not sure yet. Maybe one of these days I will keep shopping for one that actually works.

Have to use Bobby pins to keep it from sliding off. Would recommend one with a comb attached

I like the colors, its a good match to my hair but its too heavy. I have fine hair so its hard to secure it in a comfortable way

I had a hard time matching hair color tried 3 different times so I just gave up.

Not my favorite out of all the ones I have, but it does the job and looks cute. It does not look as realistic as others, but on its own it looks good.

The media could not be loaded.  I was really sceptical about purchasing this hair as I have just changed my hair colour and didn’t think it would match well but it matches exactly to the shade I needed. The package arrived fast, was easy to use, and is a thick ponytail. I couldn’t have asked for better quality. The hair is super soft too and doesn’t knot easily !

I ordered this because I've got a lot of hair but it's fine and when I put it up in a ponytail it disappears to nothing. So my thinking was get this add on ponytail just to thicken it out. Surprisingly good quality for the price, although I couldn't attest to it's durability because I only tried it for one day. The fastener to attach it to your own ponytail was a piece of wide thick velcro. As soon as I wrapped it round my rather measly own ponytail to fasten it, it just fell out because it was way too heavy for my hair. I had to return it, but I suppose if you have thick hair and just wanting the extra length it might work for you.

I was so impressed with this purchase! It came so quick. I can’t get over the price. My natural hair is a little longer than shoulder length, so this ponytail was perfect for an effortless but glamorous hairdo for my sister in laws wedding ❤️ I curled my natural hair a little on the ends and then brushed it all together.

I have thin hair that hardly grows because of an autoimmune condition and this is a game changer for me! Now I don’t feel conscious about my thinning hair. Great length and colour and fab with hats etc too

This is one of the best ponytail extensions I have ever used!! The quality is amazing, the colour is exactly what I wanted, the style is amazing and it’s super easy to use! Comes with a hairband and pins to help it stay in. Honestly 10/10. An amazing product and I’m super happy with the results
