The Successful Mortgage Broker: Selling Mortgages After the Meltdown

Disappointed in the writing. Clearly Jason Myers knows his stuff about the mortgage industry. I'm new to the industry and want to learn about how I can set myself apart from the rest. I'm not sure who the author was writing to but it sure wasn't a newby like myself. He jumps around so much with his content; writing as if you were an owner of a branch then on to if you were a broker just starting out. He needs some work on editing for his next book. And quit brushing the surface on all topics! Do deep dives so your readers can understand what you're writing about instead of going on rants as if you're writing an essay for school or the local paper.

Written in stream of consciousness and minimally informative for anyone in the industry; new or experienced.

Very well writtenI respectfully suggest that in a future edition to include a chapter for new brokers or for those interested in the industry.Is great to see a seasoned broker willing to be open about what it takes to succeed in the industry

Light on details but the Section on TRID was helpful.

Very informative. Great for anyone considering the mortgage industry and may be a refresher for seasoned mortgage brokers.

There is probably about 3 pages of useful material in this book which you could find by googling the topics of interest.
