Arrived 10 days early (box was scuffed but chair was perfect). Comfortable and decent quality. Heat and massage work just right. Only had for a couple of days but very pleased so far. Didn't really need the lift, but it brings you up to almost standing. Power recliner allows for small tilt adjustments. Did have to add an additional pillow for better head support while watching TV. Going to Velcro the pillow to the chair. A good buy!

Purchased this chair before I had my surgery. It showed up 5 days early, that was a plus. This was a an awesome investment.

The chair very comfortable but I wish massage power was more stronger

THIS IS THE WORST CHAIR i HAVE EVER HAD. IT IS VERY POORLY MADE WITH MOST LIKELY DEFECTIVE PARTS. THE COMPANY IS VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH IF YOU HAVE ANY PRO LEMS AS WELL. THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FOR MY ILL HUSBAND AS HE NEEDED A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO SIT-INSTEAD- IT IS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABE CHAIR WE HAVE EVER SAT IN AND WE FIND WE CANNOT USE IT. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP - DO NO BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this chair is , it's very comfortable and it lifts with ease, great chair for the money .

I received this and really liked it but it stopped working a few months later. I really thought it was a nice chair but it died after a couple months. I got this for my Uncle and it is so frustrating. He lost his legs and needs this so bad. SMH
