delicious, expensive, lots of salt
delicious flavor, high fiber, extremely expensive & too much salt. with 2000 mg for an entire day this one 1/2 cup serving of sauce contains 25%. that's too much. please reduce the salt content. salt is killing Americans. tastes good but unhealthful. this sauce has a nice sweetness from the veggies. (not from added sugar) this is thick the way i like it. if you want it thinner just add a very small amount of water or broth. it's tomato spelled backward. lol

A hit with the kids
my 9 year old is a pasta lover and tomato sauce expert. He looked at the ingredients and was skeptical it could taste great. But even put cold on hot pasta he looooooved it. Great for picky eaters. Will use it as pizza sauce next.

Awesome Sauce
To mere call it a "sauce" does the whole concept a grave disservice. Yes, of course, it's brilliant over pasta as one might presume, but the serving options don't end there, not by a long shot. It's excellent spread over pizza, mixed into a bloody Mary, spooned up straight as soup, and more. The vodka sauce is my favorite of the four flavors, though it's a tough call to make, since it's so incredibly rich and creamy. Downright buttery, you'd never know it was dairy-free from the taste. In fact, it's completely vegan, gluten-free, and packs in more servings of vegetable goodness than your average side salad. They really need to sell these 12-packs because I can eat a bottle a day if I'm not careful.

Just good stuff.
I am soooo glad I tried Otamot! The spicy sauce was good, but the vodka sauce was FANTASTIC! Both flavors are thick and scrumptious...I even added a little water to get the last drop out of the jar. Seems like each jar could be diluted or not depending on the recipe. Quality product. Fair price for all organic ingredients. I can pronounce all the ingredients...even the ones spelled backwards!

Extremely versatile sauce.
It’s a thick tomato sauce Very tasty. Can be used wherever you use tomato sauce and can be added to soups. I used it in meat ball soup and it was FANTASTIC.It’s a little pricey BUT worth every penny.

High in fiber, low in flavor
I really enjoy sauces with zero added sugars, so I thought I'd give Omtamot a try. Loved the all natural ingredients and simplistic recipe. But man, this stuff is bland. Also very thick... like sludgy goop. With 350 mg of sodium per serving, I really thought the flavor would be more satisfying. But it's still so bland. This might be a good starter sauce where you go on to add a bunch of your own ingredients to make it palatable, but then what is the point of buying jarred sauce? Especially when paying a premium?Glad I bought these during a lightning deal for just a little over $20. Otherwise definitely not worth the price.

Great on everything.
This stuff is awesome. Use it whenever a recipe calls for a small amount of tomato sauce. Also great for topping meatloaf and such. Great for clean eating.

Pretty good and the “extra” stuff isn’t obvious.
The sauce has a good flavor, though it needs a bit if garlic and more Italian seasoning. It’s actually a little too thick, especially if you add some meat to it.
