It works well when a goldfish is showing an abnormality at initial stage.. don't buy if Ur goldfish is behaving abnormal for more than a week it won't work.. but 'prevention is better than cure' . So buy it at an early for future circumstances..

this product is svery bad even if you measure the water perfectly and add 1ml in 9lt water , fish which is having little swimming issue dies within a hour in this med. so not recommended.

Bubbles N Troubles Swim Bladder was very effective to treat my oscar fish. My oscar fish had swim bladder disease and was swimming upside down for almost three weeks and wasn't eating any food at all. After treatment, within 72 hours, the fish recovered from the swim bladder disease. It is able to swim normally like before. I would definitely recommend this product.

One molli got white spots so quarantined with rock salt and this medicine about 3 to 4 days white spots gone. It works but packaging was too bad, there is no foam sheet or aluminum foil on top of bottle to protect from leakage. There is just a cap, it's leaked 25% liquid in package.

Useless product doesn't help at all. I even let the fish consume some drops no cure at all. Not even a lil bit of improvement.

This product was very useful and we used it last week with good results . The reason for low usage is that the shipping charges for this product is very high with more than 100 bucks. Our fish died last week which compelled us to buy this product for future.
