Great quality bag!
Good size lunch bag for my husband for work. He like to take 2 flasks of tea to work plus his lunch and this is a great size bag. Very good material, durable and sturdy as he's a builder.

Well worth it.
Great bag plenty big enough. Seems to stay cold but saying that I only got it in January so time will tell. It feels well made and has a good amount of pockets.

Serviceable
Bought as a gift so unable to comment fully. However the family have used it many times since Xmas. Very serviceable.

Ideal for picnics and days away .
Perfect for what I am looking for. Holds a large amount and keeps things cold for a few hours . The shape means it is easy to pack .

Over expectations. Excellent quality.
Very good quality, we use it also when we go shopping, to keep frozen food.

Perfect for picnics, comes in handy for all sorts
I got this with the intention of picnics, but since having it I've realised just how useful it is for so many things due to being a rucksack style. Perfect to take to work with pack up in, perfect for a picnic or family day out, perfect to take shopping, to use outside in the garden for a bbq, or to take to friends houses to keep your drinks cool so they're already cold when you get there. It holds quite a lot, over a full crate of cans of beer, or 4 x 2L pop bottles plus room for a few snacks, or 3-4 large lunchboxes. The main bag shape is designed to be squared at the corners which makes fitting boxes and things for pack up in easy. It's not sharp square so it's possible to maximise space with either a square or flat product, or something like a smaller bottle. There are 2 net pockets on either side which are great for a bottle of water if your carrying it somewhere, as you can grab it while the pack is still on your back. There is a large pocket on the front for things and also one on the top. This was easily enough for myself to carry enough essentials for me, my mum and our 2 labradors for a whole day walking and exploring, including a small thin jacket, a pack away rain jacket and realistically enough picnic and drinks for 4 people and the dogs. Plus things like a small map, my phone and battery bank, purse etc.Overall I'm super impressed with this bag. Its really comfortable to wear with the straps being quite wide and padded. The only thing I do sometimes miss was a strap to buckle the shoulder straps together at the front, which some rucksacks designed for heavier loads have, although when I get walking the straps are so wide and the angle and way they are attached actually stops them slipping outwards and off my shoulders, which was the reason I always go to buckle the front straps in the first place. However, I do have really broad shoulders as well. The stitching and general way the bag is put together is excellent and is absolutely fine with the advertised weight, no issues what so ever so far and I've used it a fair few times for reasonably heavy loads. My only tiny tiny gripe with the quality is that if you jam something sharp in the inside, for example the sharp corner of a large carton of orange juice, it leaves a small stretch white mark as if it may puncture the inside lining. This occasionally happened when I did not overfill the bag, but sometimes if the load was fairly heavy and the weight of the bag was resting against something in the bag. So far nothing has made a hole yet but I have been careful since I first noticed. This is only an issue on fairly sharp things, I think the corners of most lunch boxes will be absolutely fine, it was shopping groceries it happened with. However, although it left the small white stretch marks it did not actually peirce the lining, which is brilliant. The only thing a small hole would effect is the lining being waterproof, which it is completely all the way to the top. It's also very easy to clean and wipe the lining being some kind of flexible plastic type material, the same as on the inside of many cooler bags. That is me being fussy though and I still think its a 5 star product.

Big enough for family picnic or day out
This arrived 2 days ago which is perfect time as we have been have hottest days of year and has been unbearably hot 🥵.Its quite a large bag ( though unfortunately not large enough for me to sit in ☹️😂). It has large insulated inner which is shaped to become large square shaped opening, there are 2 nets at side which could hold bottle ‘although the bottles wouldn’t stay cool as out of bag’..The straps are adjustable, padded and comfortable, the weight is spread evenly so it comfortable to wear and carry even when full. The day it arrived my teenage daughter put 4 ice packs and 4 cans coke and 2 bars of chocolate and took them up to her room for cold drinks whilst play on games console. She has long wanted a fridge for her room so she has access to drinks and snacks whilst play game marathon, without having to walk up and down to fridge and she said this was nearly as good and kept her drinks and chocolate cold. She repeated today but sat in garden with her friend. She filled with 4 cans of drink a large bottle of water and a box of tuna salad along with 2 cups,2 plates and 4 ice packs, there was still room left so this would be good for family picnic or day out. They sat in garden for 6 hrs eating salad, drinking chatting and laughing and when daughter came in all ice packs had nearly melted but water left in bottle was still cold. Its a large cool pack that is wearable as backpack so perfect for hiking or just easy to carry for family day out when may need hands free.Id be happier if around £20 mark as is soft cool pack and not sturdy box but that is only negative
