The sock trim sits nicely round the ankles, the overall sock is comfortable, warm, has a good thickness underneath the foot and grip, happy with them as using for physio and confident not going to come off during exercise. I haven't used the sock with footwear. They have washed and dried with no shinkage. Choice of color is nice to have.

These are not bad socks and good value but they come up small.
