Purchased to replace the battery operates fairly lights on my chrostmas garland.Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It has multiple light settings. A remote control and ability to put a timer in them. It Vincent's via USB which is perfect as it doesn't require taking up a plug space.Purchasing a few more. Very impressed.

There is a loop in my set of lights which is intertwined with the two wires themselves that are either sides of the LED's so I cannot physically get the loop out without breaking the product. Beautiful glow. Brightness adjustments can range from them being able to light up a whole room to a lovely glow to a soft twinkle. Does not come with plug so will have to get a USB plug. If you have any other LED lights or anything with a receiver on, the remote will interfere with those and can change the colour of LED strips or turn them off.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought these after reading good reviews, for our unused, but very new, fireplace (price of gas means we don’t use it). Came in a tiny box, perhaps a little overpriced at £13 for what you get. Having liked a certain video on one of the reviews, we bought the sunset red, orange & yellow, which this review was based on. However, the yellow lights don’t look realistic in the grate, so wish we’d bought the red & orange. We’ve hidden the yellow ones, as best we can. The twinkling option doesn’t work in the fire either, as it’s too fast. Would be better if there was a very slow twinkle, which would truly give the impression of embers burning in the grate. That said, we like these lights and will have a play around with them to see if we can improve the look.

Trying to work out the modes but I’m pleased with the effect

Bought these lights to fit inside a fire place for the summer months when obviously the fire will not be used. It will act as a focal point wrapped around logs especially in the evenings. the lights are what I was looking for but I agree with other purchasers I wish there was a flicker on the control. I have not yet tried them in place until the weather improves in the summer.
