I bought this to wear with scrubs to stay warm. The kangaroo pocket is truly a plus and I am just a sucker for thumb holes. The only thing I would change is the elasticity at the wrists. They are on the tighter side and if they were more elastic it would be much easier to push the sleeves up to a more workable length. The top is nice for keeping warm when you are sitting still charting or standing around pulling meditations but it would be less that ideal in direct patient care.

Nice and stretchy, I could have ordered a size smaller. It’s soft inside, but wasn’t warm enough for me. I’m a weakling with cold though. Also, I ordered black but this is dark blue.

I am a big Baleaf fan and this little pullover jacket is another addition to my collection. It's the perfect petite fit for me, the material is nice and thick, the fleece is nice and warm, you don't need to wear anything underneath. Already I've used it and laundered it and it washes up beautifully. Thanks Baleaf!

I wore this hiking several times last winter. It worked well to keep me comfortable in cool temperatures (30s and 40s not counting wind chill) with a moisture-wicking t-shirt underneath. I normally wear a size 2X t-shirt, and ordered this in a 3X. When fully zipped, the neckline comes up high enough on me to be uncomfortable, so I leave it unzipped so I don't feel like a turtle peeking out of its shell. And it's definitely more snug than I would like. But I figure I'm not trying to make a fashion statement when I'm out on the trails, and if anyone else doesn't like how I look in it, well that's on them.

Comfortable, warm, not bulky. Very happy I got these. Great for everyday or under snow gear.

So I purchased this top in a small and medium ( as recommended by Amazon) , I usually wear a medium, and they were both way too tight. Especially for the color white, they were very unflattering. My bra color and straps were readily apparent as well as my fat bulges. I’m 5’3” 135 pounds so while I’m not thin, the fit did not help … I returned both sizes and ordered a large. I am happy with this size but I still have to be careful of my bra fit and color. Additionally , the front pocket does not lay completely flat so that too may be of consideration if you are self conscious of your tummy. I think this probably would be more forgiving in other colors as far as fabric opaqueness . It is warm & well made. If you are very fit and like form fitting clothes order one size up. Otherwise I’d recommend ordering 2 sizes up.
