Great at keeping medication cool for days. Easy to use. Robust. These last for years. A must have for travelling. We’ve also recently found a smaller one a perfect fit for an insulin pump.

Great item but quality bit lacking
This does a fantastic job. Super easy to use and keeps insulin cool for days. Only issue is after only 3 days use the velcro came away (poor stiching) which doesn't effect using it but makes it bit fiddly
