It works great, but....
Overall I am happy with it, but....**It clearly states in the instructions not no lay on it.....WHAT????? Most people use a heating pad on their back/lower back for pain and comfort...how are you not to lay on it??I've been sleeping on mine just fine, btw!! And our chihuahua loves to lay on it..her favorite thing to do for as long as I can remember. Now she has a new one that will hopefully last quite a long time :)

Soft and snuggly
I use a lot of heating pads in my life. Although it does not get hot enough for me, I do love how soft it is. I also love when I’m snuggling on the couch I don’t feel it. I so love how the cover doesn’t come off like some of the older ones I have used. This was a big issue since I sleep with them or always move around during the day with them. By far one of the best heating pads I have used. Im still giving it a 5 because normal people don’t need it as hot as someone with chronic illness does.

Soft and toasty
I don’t have great circulation, especially during winter. My body is always freezing so I got this for myself. This is great for relieving tension in my shoulders and neck area and also nice for my freezing hands and feet. My cats also love it! They discovered the heat pad and all decided to abandon their old sleeping spots and join me on the bed lol. I love that this is easy to clean too, just unplug it and put it in the wash as instructed and let it dry properly before plugging it in again. I’d recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a good heat pad.Only thing I wish this had is a timer setting. It doesn’t come with a timer setting but after a certain time it goes into auto-shut off if you don’t turn it off which is a nice safety feature since I use it during bedtime mostly.

Very low heat
Very disappointing in the heating element on high it was lukewarm and not to my liking. If you like your heating pad a little higher than warm do not purchase

Happy
I’ve been using heating pads since I was 15 years old so I’ve had a lot of them. This one is very soft and it shuts off after a couple of hours. It also has a long cord where a lot of pads have shorter cords.

Not for the painful period girlies.
I love how big it is , but it doesn't heat up nearly as much as I'd like it to. I put this on the highest setting and it felt warm at best.
