Simply Organic Paprika, Hot, Organic, 2.86 Ounce

Fresh tasty spice. No issues.

This goes in literally every savory dish I cook. It's just hot enough so it doesn't overwhelm the other flavors, and adds quite a bit of flavor in addition to the heat. Much easier to use than some of the hotter peppers, allowing more duplication of recipies. I use it also in details like deviled egg topping, tartar sauces (homemade with avocado oil mayonaise, sweet relish, whole capers and a bit of spicy brown mustard with just enough of this paprika to give a pink tint is absolutely unbeatable), sprinkled on sauteed fish, etc.

I was surprised how fresh the spice was. I has a very nice heat.

Many spices are anti-viral. I’ve most of Simply Organic’s spices.

I don't use a much salt in my cooking, I use spices for flavoring. I also make dishes from around the world. This was a good price for the quantity, but the flavor is outstanding. A whole lot better than what I have always used. I look forward to using it.

No flavor, no heat, no nothing. To be fair, I've been looking for hot paprika for some time now with no luck at all. It seems the only way to get it hot is to buy hot SMOKED paprika, which frankly doesn't appeal to me. I have one more brand to try. Stay tuned.

This spice brand is generally disappointing, but I had never tried their hot paprika. It tastes like hot. Period. No flavor or complexity. Would do better with plain pepper.
