Thoughts on this stove.
So, let me state first and foremost, this is not the most compact stove you can buy. If you are super pressed for space, maybe check out a different style stove.Personally, I enjoy the heck out of this stove. Camping, packing up my 70L hiking bag, or putting it in my 'if I break down box' for long road trips, this is perfect.I personally reviewed many many stoves, and asked myself serious questions, and it landed me on this compact guy.Why did I choose this one? Well, i do have others, but the brutal reality is, balancing a pot, on top of a fuel canister, with small contact area, is dangerous. Very dangerous. Tip overs, led me down the path of 'okay, what else is out there'.This, the canister is away from the heat source. Great comfort there. The stove is it's own tripod, so I don't have to carry a canister one. And the surface area is larger, greatly reducing the tip over factor. Also allowing me to expand from my backpacking pot set, to a fry pan out of the kitchen if the power fails. That's a relief for me.I give this four stars considering that at the price point, i could have purchased one with an igniter, and this one has no ability to become adapted with one later down the road. But to me, it doesn't matter too much, seeing as I always have matches, a lighter, and flint and steel.Well worth the money in my opinion, for what I am going to use this for.

Will test more and write an updated review
Tried this stove out before going camping and it worked great. It's small compact design makes it great for backpacking. With that said, once I was in the woods and the temperature was down to the upper 20's to low 30's the burner continuously kept weening down, so I had to stay on the burner throttle in order to keep a flame big enough to cook with. This may not be the stoves fault though. It may be that the fuel was freezing as it exited the fuel bottle.Once the temperature drops again, I will run a few tests (fuel bottle at room temperature vs fuel bottle at outside temperature) and stove at room temp. vs stove at outside temp). Once I have tested again I will update my review.I really really like this little stove and am leaning towards (really hoping) that the issue is the fuel canisters and that the stove is working properly. A stove that doesn't work in cold weather is not only unacceptable it is down right dangerous.

This stove is impressive. It's light and the pot supports fold out and can hold large pots easily. This thing has a really powerful cooking flame with wide dispersion (so no narrow hot spots) and yet the flame is very controllable. I've only used it a few times so don't know how durable it is and have not determined how much gas it uses compared to more expensive stoves. That said, for the price, this stove is a winner.

PERFECT
Im a prepper and I bought this for my prep supply. It will heat up a nice big pot of water or whatever you're cooking. I had a smaller stove before for camping & prep but I figured if I'm gonna be cooking food for more than one mouth I'm gonna need a bigger stove. In having this I can conserve gas & cook at greater capacity than my little pocket-rocket-like stove boiling water & servings over and over. Now I can just boil one big pot of water or cook whatever in a regular pan =)

Stable. Sturdy. Awesome.
I truly like the stability of the cooking stand. Although this is not a light weight backpacking stove it's just what I need for car camping. It's superior in design to smaller stoves that just fit on top of the canister. I like the tube that keeps the butanea way from the flame. This makes adjusting the flame easier and safer. I've had this product for a year and it's worked perfectly for my purposes. Highly recommend.

Perfect!
Loved this! It's tripod desi makes it easy to find a balance so it won't tip while cooking like trying to find a place to balance your fuel. I've had more trouble getting my lighter to work than actually lighting the stove and keeping it lit in some wind. Would buy again and highly recommend.

Melted itself after only about 4 uses...the small hose that connects from fuel source to burner has a rubber seal and it melted and now is useless. The design flaw is in the fact that the connection is not protected from the above flame...This stove doesn't exist now( a year later), but suspiciously an almost identical item is available now on amazon with an added ignition and a slightly different name.

I like it so far.
I bought it for my dad because he needed a new stove. Tested it out and boiled water super fast. Going backpacking in a couple of months and will rate it again after a long trip. But so far works really well. I really like the flame and the heat it puts out. If it works well on the trip I'm defantely gonna get one.
