Yes, just cut the plug off strip back the wires and insulation and hard wire it. Unfortunately, these are cheap Chinese fans though.

PF-100 4” Radon Fan runs approx 50 watts. It doesn’t require a dedicated circuit. Hope it helps :)

I suppose you could use a rheostat/fan control switch rated for the proper amperage
