CoronaSL 4150 Bypass Lopper, 29-Inch

Good robust lopper
Really robust pair of Lopper. Bought this to replace another Corona that has been in use for 40 years (with routine cleaning and sharpening). I expect this pair to be just as good. Leverage from the long aluminum handles is a real plus.

Cuts Great...
Just a plane ol simple cutter that should last a long time. Works great so far. Cuts branches and saplings up to about an inch and a quarter with ease. Bigger than that and it starts to get tough but by then it's probably time to break out the chainsaw anyways.

Quality Tool
I have a 1-1/4 acre lot with about 130 perennials and dozens of trees. So, this Corona Lopper has seen a fair amount of use since I purchased it 10 months ago. The tool has performed flawlessly. If you're considering a less expensive lopper, I would recommend spending a few extra dollars to purchase this one.

Quality!
During our thirty four years, owning a hardware store, we sold a lot of Corona products - and never had one come back. Yes, you pay a little more, but this is a company that knows their business, and, I think, works hard at maintaining their reputation for quality.

Good quality costs.
Well constructed. I was tired of the performance of what I could get at the Big-Box-Store hardware stores that just didn't get the job done. These whacked the limbs off in no time. Cry once, buy once.

This is my second pair of the Corona SL 4150 ...
This is my second pair of the Corona SL 4150 loppers. The first pair (about 18 yrs old) still cuts very well but I needed another pair for my grandson to use when he helps me hard-prune my many roses in the winter.
