Definitely on the small size for man hands. But, it served it purpose and it’s made from good quality material.

Firmness is good however slightly smaller than desired for the palm of husband's hand. Will still try to use.

BABY POWDER IS THE ANSWER!
My wife and I have used the wonderful Theraband bands. They got my wife out of physical rehab twice after tortuous operations. These re focused on the hands.There are complaints about the stickiness of the balls. I washed the initial powder of of mine and it immediately became sticky. I put baby powder (cornstarch) on the ball and it is now -- once again -- "sticky free". Now all I have to do is actually use it.

if u use it, arthritis pain will diminish. use while watching TV. streaming. comfortable in hand.
