have been looking for a smooth, less acidic, but full flavored espresso bean. This company is growing quickly and I believe a very good company. However for my taste this bean is too acidic. There can be all kinds of factors as well: the grinder: the espresso maker...but the espresso beans I currently use has the full body without the acid. I would prefer to purchase from a US local roaster, but haven't found one yet. If anyone has found an organic US roaster that meets the full flavor without the acid, would really appreciate the info.
