I like this, but mine gets VERY hot and I think it has somewhat burnt the outside fabric baggy that it goes in. It may be because I put it under my blankets to warm my feet and it just got over heated? The instructions I received were quite difficult to understand, so if the instructions said to not put it under blankets, I didn't catch it. Be aware that it might be a fire hazard in that way. Other than that, it is a great way to keep a part of your body warm (hot, if you use it for a while) and VERY fast charging.

I plugged it in and got distracted. When I went back to unplug this thing is was almost scalding. If forgotten I have no doubt this thing could burn my house down. There is no auto shut off if left plugged in more than five minutes. No safety features at all. This gets unbearably hot in less than 5 min. even in the little pouch provided. Threw it away because this thing is a burn and fire hazard. How did this thing got into the American market is a mystery to me. It’s dangerous!

It really gets nice toasty a great alternative to a hot water bottle, heating pad or microwavable bag. I would not recommend for children or pets. It gets quite warm so use the cover or wrap in a towel.

This product worked fine for about a week and then it would charge but not warm and the “magically” turn on later. I think it’s a fire hazard honestly. Terrible item.

Gets way too hot too easily, the product is chinese so the instructions were hard to understand because they tried to translate them to english but did a poor job of it. The smart tech is super sensitive so if you touch it while waiting for it to cool it warms back up again. It gets so hot that you cat use it right after unplugging without putting it in the soft carrier pouch and even then it's pretty hott, and the instructions say to use the box it comes in when letting it cool to avoid fire so you can't even get rid of the box. For what it is it's great I do like it but I don't love it.

Quick charge but gets cold as quickly as it heats up. Definitely not worth your time to buy. Doubtful it will be used more then once.

The heat started warm and got really hot where you could bet burned if it was directly placed on the skin. Now it doesn't even work.

I have to hold the plug in to get it to charge, and then it's too hot. I've not been able to successfully use this yet.
