The 90W AC DC Adapter Converter is a specialized power supply designed for the ResMed AirMini AutoSet Travel Machine, allowing users to operate their device from a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. It supports both 12V and 24V DC power sources, making it perfect for travel in cars, boats, and other vehicles. The converter features built-in overheating protection for safe use.

Works with AirSense 11
A lot of discussion in various CPAP forums about whether or not this works with the ResMed AirSense 11. This is a ResMed product made for their AirMini and the user guide states it "must only be used with the AirMini ... to insure proper performance." I bought it since I had no choice and have to have a DC/DC converter. It works just fine. The converter connector is identical to that of the ac power supply and the adapter plug is compatible with my trailer's cigarette lighter socket. I have no idea why ResMed advises against using it unless it is to develop another pricey accessory.

airsense 11 compatible
A literal life saver; allowed me to use my airsense 11 while traveling with a jackery 300 for 3 nights. Couldn’t be happier to find a solution at the last minute. Was wonderfully packaged as well.

Great For ResMed AirMINI CPAP - NOT FOR THE NEW AirSense 11
Even though the electrical values and the socket match up with the ResMed AirSense 11 it did not work for me when I used a 12v or 24v battery. So I have a dilemma - buy an AirMini for air travel and camping trips or wait for ResMed to support a battery powered option for the AirSense 11.

Worked with my Resmed Airsense 11
This adapter worked on my Airsense 11. The connector fits perfectly and it powered up the unit and the unit stayed on. I used a Rockpals 300w battery. At first, it didn't work because my battery wasn't charged all the way and the cigarette lighter voltage looked like it had dropped to around 11.1 volts. I don't believe that the cigarette lighter port on my Rockpals battery is regulated. After charging the battery to full capacity, it worked! I believe that the 24v port on my Rockpals is regulated and should provide a constant voltage. I ordered a female cigarette ligther to 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC connector so that I could connect to my 24v port on my Rockpals. I also have other batteries that provide 12v via a 5.5mm x 2.1 connector so the adapter that I'm buying should prove to be usefull. Bottom line is that this adapter works with the Airsense 11 but you need to have a fully charged battery or a battery that regulates the voltage so that it remains near 12 or 24 volts.

Works with the ResMed AirMini Travel CPAP! AirSense 11 users, this is your DC solution.
This works perfectly for the ResMed AirMini Travel CPAP machine. It is rated at 65W which is a little overkill because the original AC adapter the AirMini comes with is only rated at 20W.If you are wondering, the new ResMed Airsense 11 is rated at 65W. Could this DC-DC adapter be used on it?Taking a closer look at the plug ends, there is a slight shape difference, with one of the top corners cropped off. The 12V Car Adapter will actually fit the ResMed Airsense 11 and it is also rated for it too (65W).The opposite isn't true as the 20W adapter will not physically fit into the AirSense 11 power receptacle.
