Tasteless, out of 3 rows 1 row dried like leaf, 2nd row somewhat better and 3rd row slightly soft. This is not the fig that we are used to eating. Feel cheated

The dried figs received are not of satisfactory . They are hard as wood and not chewable.. Quality is inferior. How should I return & get refund Rs. 199/- ? Kindly tell me how should I return dried fig and get the refund?

VERY BAD QUALITY - the worst Anjeer we ever bought. NEVER buy Nutri Organics products.We bought figs/Anjeer on Dec 24, 2023, they were very hard, like rotten from inside and the grass rope on which they were assembled was badly sticking to the figs and getting powdery. They were not even properly sorted, some were very small, some half only (deformed), so even the quality check is very bad. In the name of ORGANIC, they are selling trash/garbage. WASTE OF MONEY.

Don't order if you have sensitive teeth
After consuming full packet, I am adding the review. The figs are so dehydrated that they feel like plastic. They break like plastic. very thin. Not sure what method was used to dehydrate it as I have used other brands and never faced this issue. Don't order, it gets difficult to even chew.
