Not a true Cinnamon. Even though I purchase Organic and paid extra, it does not taste or smell like Cinnamon. I was hoping when I opened the package there will be a strong Cinnamon smell, besides the fact that it does not have Cinnamon smell, it does not taste like Cinnamon either. It is just rolled up brown sheets in a stick format, no smell or taste. Waste of Money and they don't take the product back either. I am stuck with something that I can't use.

One of us can not tolerate regular ( Vietnamese) cinnamon and the Ceylon is fine- less oil.

I purchase cinnamon to make tea for my mom who is diabetic. The cinnamon helps to keep her blood glucose from getting to high and she loves the taste of the tea, which is an added bonus. These cinnamon sticks are great! They make the best tasting cinnamon tea and I don’t have to add anything to it to make it taste good. Plus these sticks are made of Ceylon Cinnamon which are better for you and have more healing properties than the sticks of Cassia that I found out can do more bad than good in the long run. I trust this brand and their product. Good quality product and quick delivery. I definitely recommend this product
