Do not buy this product i was taking this product for maybe 2 weeks before i started to have liver pain( pain behind my ribs) sharp pain when i would breath in I discontinued and got better. I am 38 female 170 pounds wanted to lose 10 or 15 pounds so im not an unhealthy person no health conditions They dont allow you to return it like they advertise. AGAIN THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN ! so i waisted money and paid for a product that i cant take because it literally makes me sick and causes me pain. In doing research on diet pills i found that there is many cases of diet pills causing liver damage i feel this is one of them for me. Waste of money😡 took weeks for my liver pain to recover !! DANGEROUS!

I probably had really unrealistic expectations with this product after reading all the amazing reviews… I am a long hauler (from Covid), and my lungs took a MAJOR hit. I had been walking 10 miles a day pre-Covid (I walked 140 miles in the 14 days leading up to my illness), and after I couldn’t hardly do anything. I bought the product because it claimed to be a respiratory support. I needed that after having Covid pneumonia. I’ve been taking the product for a couple months I guess, and I cannot really tell that my respiratory system has been supported at all. I have also not lost any weight that I can attribute to the product (I’ve been on a caloric deficit lifestyle since before I started this product, and was already losing weight pre-product). I got this pill because I needed lung support. So far it hasn’t seemed to help. I suppose it gives caffeine induced energy which will be beneficial to many. There’s no after taste with it. The capsules are easy to swallow and small/average. They don’t keep me awake or energized at night. I really can’t tell they do anything other than the initial caffeine buzz (I was a caffeine-free person prior to these pills, because I don’t want to drink or take caffeine and develop a caffeine addiction, but I figured I’d bite the bullet and ingest the caffeine if it meant I’d get respiratory support in the process). I don’t know if I’d recommend these or not. Other’s reviews are great. My experience was blah. Also, I ordered these on Prime and it took me nearly five weeks to receive them. I ended up buying my first bottle from GNC, then weeks later my Amazon purchased bottle appeared miraculously… :/ I had contacted customer service numerous times, and each day they promised “I’m looking at the tracking and I promise you’ll have it tomorrow.” I had originally signed up on auto ship, but I cancelled it. If you do decide to give this product a try, buy it from GNC. They are a couple dollars cheaper, give an auto ship discount, free shipping, and it’s in stock. Personally, I’ve not gotten the desired respiratory results so I likely won’t be continuing with this product. I do hope it works for others, though.

I definitely have boosted energy and its w/o the "gitters", or intense heart beats (where it feels like your heart is coming out of your chest) and no increase in blood pressure (energy boost decreases your struggle during a workout). I am very surprised and impressed at the same time.My first thoughts are I can sit on my can, eat what I wanted and expect the weight to come off. Well, that is not what this product will do for you. It will match what you give and then do more. I used to run 3 miles then got lazy. When I came back to it, I couldn't finish 1 mile w/o stopping. Using this product, I am doing 4 miles and want to continue doing more but time never permits.Now, it does suppress the appetite, however I still craved the chips, and ice cream, and cookies so I guess I didn't want to eat more, just still wanted the sweet stuff. That was on me and my will power.So, I definitely give this project a really high score in weight loss (reasonably 5-10lbs a month depending on your activity level), increase in energy and stamina. I would also recommend making sure you have a nice watch that puts you in the fat-burning mode while you are walking or exercising. Also, make sure you get a good sweat worked up. This is reassurance, your exerting effort/energy in your path to becoming a better you.

I’ve ordered two times now. First time I felt tons of energy and definitely started to lose weight. Was it a massive amount? No. But a few pins here or there makes a difference. This is not a paid review either. Wish it was because these bottles get pricey. Second time around is so-so. The energy is there but not as not as much as before on first bottle. I will also say I took a hiatus for a month or so in between. Just because I kept forgetting to order another bottle. I’d say try a few months and go from there. It’s hard to judge based off one month. Atleast for me it was.
