The hat is very soft to the touch, warm, and cute. Seems to be well made. No holes or loose threads.I think the only minor con I have is the pom pom is kinda heavy. I suffer from chronic headaches and also neck pain so I might just notice it more then someone without those issues. I still wanted to mention it Incase it will help someone.At the end of the day it's worth the money and if you're on the fence about getting it, get it.
