I am studying massage therapy and with a class that beguns in eastern modolgy with Shiatsu also while we are doing most of our learning from home, i wanted something better than a yoga mat for my practice. The queen size mat with cover that i ordered are plenty big enough for an adult to lie on and me to work around them for the majority of a session. (I have a kneeling cushion for thise times when it isnt). If you are working on a carpeted floor i believe this mat would be perfect, i found it a little uncomfortable on a hard floor which i was able to fix by adding a memoryfoam-egg crate layer.Its easy to roll up and light weight enough for me to move around (even with my added layer) and the cover i ordered with it is much like a duvet. Both the mat and cover arr made from a nice heavy canvas.I look forward to using this mat more as I study and in the future when i am able to practice as a licensed massage therapist.

According to a client, this mat is comfortable. The dimensions are just right. It's actually only about 28 lbs, unlike what the description says. This makes it easier to transport. Mine was able to be folded in half and then rolled, unlike what the lady is doing in the picture. I wasn't able to find a cover for it in their amazon store, but two twin size flat sheets work great for the top and bottom of it.

The mat cover shrank about a foot after the first wash (in cold water!). This makes the mat too small and unusable for regular-sized humans. I contacted the company about this issue and haven't heard back from them, which prompted me to leave this unfavorable review.
