Mr. Christmas Alexa Compatible Smart Home Pre-Lit Artificial Christmas Tree with 40 Lighting Options, Vemont Spruce, 9.0 Feet

We had an artificial tree for more than 15 years. It looked nice, but had to be assembled branch by branch and the effort eventually made us look for something easier. The Mr. Christmas tree we bought was really easy to assemble right out of the box. Put down the stand, fit the three parts together, plug in the lights, and it was ready to decorate! The tree is nice and full, the tips of the branches look very realistic, and the lights are very generously provided. And being able to control them with Alexa was a real bonus! So fun to change the colors and patterns with just your voice. We are very pleased with this tree - it will be the center of our holiday decorating for many years to come!

I bought this tree last year. I was so happy it was gorgeous. A few days ago I set it up. No lights. Power converter was the problem. Emailed customer service no reply. Found another converter. Now only bottom 3rd of tree lights up. For two days I tried everything. I’ve never purchased a good tree before. Money is tight. This one is so bad I’m thinking of filing a complaint thru BBB or AG. Perhaps a class action lawsuit. I’m not kidding here. It’s a shame. They knew these trees were trash and they still sold them. I want 100% of my money back.

This tree looked great in the photos, and I love that it is Alexa compatible. The light colors and sequences are really good, and it was very easy to connect to Alexa. However, the lights seem to have some sort of defect because sometimes one light will go to a different color scheme, or just come on by itself. The tree itself is awful. It is very poor quality, and no amount of fluffing or shaping (or ornaments) gets rid of the many "holes". The branch hinges are very cheaply made. If this was a $150 tree, I would expect this, but certainly not worth double that. I will be returning this due to the defective lights. Too bad, because the lights would have made it worth keeping the crappy tree if they worked right.

I like the tree a lot, but I have not been able to connect to Alexa. I'm really bummed that I can't get it to work with it. I bought the tree in 2020, after I already had a live tree so I didn't get to set it up until the next year. That's when I realized I couldn't get it to work with Alexa. But I still like the tree.

We have, for the past 24 years cut a live tree. This year, with the kids all grown, we decided to get an artificial tree. There are HUNDREDS to pick from, but we selected this because of the Alexa compatibility. It is beautiful and the selection of lighting options will assure you are never bored!Easy to assemble and after maybe 10 minutes of "fluffing" looks like a natural tree (unless you get really close). In fact, it looks so wonderful that we haven't even bothered to decorate it other than the pre-strung lights that are already installed.Truly happy with our selection, so don't spend double the price because it just isn't worth it.

Was a great value for the tree. Much less thank the cost for the same tree on QVC. Easy to set up, but the lights were a major disappointment! Middle section of the tree had a totally different hue to them. The "white" color was more a blueish tint not warm white as advertised. Daughter said she was getting a headache after looking at it for a few minutes. Shes sort of a whinner....so take that as you will.

I love the lights and the fact that you can use Alexa to control them. But for a Mr. Christmas product, I'd expect better a quality tree. It looks cheap. It's really hard to fluff! I literally had to use pliers to separate the branches in order to have them stay in position! I spent 4 hours fluffing the tree! I am considering returning the tree but after spending 4 hours already (and it's not yet decorated) I hate to think I wasted my time. Also, I can't imagine spending that amount of time fluffing each year. Definately not worth the money.

My biggest problem with the tree isn't with the tree at all. My router doesn't like it! After a lot of troubleshooting about why Alexa wasn't able to connect to the tree, it came down to my router. I had to reboot it (and eventually rename the 2.4 band) in order to get the tree back onto the network, so that's something I am going to replace before the Holidays come around again. When the router does cooperate, this tree is great. You can set a routine for the tree to come on at a given time, set the color scheme/pattern, and turn it off. It is moderately thick for an artificial tree if you take the time to fluff the branches. It doesn't take up a lot of floor space, and the 7' height is good for my room - not too small, not too large.

Apenas lo ensamble para comprobar que sirve, y si sirve, sin problemas. Habrá que verlo hasta navidad que lo pueda extender y probar los modos y operación con Alexa. Lo que si noté fue la base, son 4 patas redondas metálicas de 12 mm aprox diámetro, se me hicieron un poco delgadas para el peso del árbol ya ensamblado, ya veremos después.

El árbol es de buen tamaño, pero me contacté al servicio al cliente porque no detecta el diapositivo para controlarlo con Alexa. Ya hice todo lo indicado en el manual y nada funcionó.Tuve que hacer devolución. No puedo recomendarlo. El servicio de devolución fue muy bueno.
