This light purple leather journal is 6.0in x 4.5in which makes it the perfect size for a purse or backpack. The leather is soft, but very durable. There are 240 pages (counting front and back) of white 80lb (124gsm) paper that has a good tooth for writing or sketching. The paper is blank. The pages were hand sewn with light purple waxed Irish bookbinding thread. The use of long stitch binding allows the journal to open flat so every inch of paper can be used. A long purple cord holds everything together. The bookmark has been sewn to the cover and features a 3owl charm. Journal will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail within the US. Shipments elsewhere are mailed First Class International Mail. I hope my journals inspire people to rediscover the lost art of putting pen to paper.
