It's unfortunate that this jacket is marketed for girls because, other than being purple, there is nothing specifically "girl" about it. My son has loved purple forever and this his second purple winter jacket. The images make it look like it has black accents but they are actually a very dark purple. This jacket runs BIG. My kiddo is pretty average size for 7 years so I got him the size 8 (for 6-8 years) and it is really big on him - like two inches past the tips of his fingers - but it will definitely fit him for another couple seasons so that's ok. He loves the fleece-lined hood and he says it keeps him warn, even when the temps dip below 10F.

Bought this for my 10 year old daughter . Fit was great . High quality, warm and water proof . She loved it and she's very picky . The inside is also very soft .

Just as pictured and quite nicely made. Very happy with it. Sizing was slightly on the larger size but I think I sized up for growth anyhow. This will keep your child warm and stylishly cute even if you live up north and see snowfall often.

Runs big.. bought size M for average size 8 year old. 4'6" 65- 70 lbs. Too big.She'll wear next year. Nice quality coat.

Really nice winter coat, my Grand daughter got to choose it, the arms are a little long on her but she is grown and she showed me how she can use it as a muff if she doesn't have gloves. :) I love the pockets have zippers on them to keep her gloves from falling out if it is hung up or if she is out side. Very happy with it and a very nice coat. she chose the Hot Pink

I bought this coat for another little 10 year old girl (not mine). They said everything I had gotten for her was great.....so that includes this coat. I thought it looked exactly like the picture and was super heavy duty for those cold days the kiddo's want to play outside on their sleds in the snow. I would recommend this coat for anyone with children.

Well first of all I was sent a size 10 when I ordered a size 16 but I had my youngest try on the coat and even then it was far too small. The coat it’s self was super cute. I would size up for sure though.

I was hesitant to spend this much on a child coat, but the way this is made, it will last through her and her younger sister no problem. Worth the buy. Much better than any other coats we've had. Great for playing in the snow.

Fantastic coat, super warm and soft on the inside. Washes up great. Purchased for my 10 year old and I expect the size 16 will fit her next year too.

The colour is as vibrant as in the picture. The size is perfect and the lining is soft and warm.
