Baked great. The nonstick coating realeases the loaves easily. Bottom crust is crispy and perfectly done.

Used it to make baguettes & rolls. Came out perfectly with crusty outside & soft inside. The little holes on the bottom make all the difference in how they turn out. Delicious!!

You can cook french bread on a cookie sheet, but this baguette pan just gives a nicer crust and shape.

My baguettes me out crisp and chewy when water was added to the oven. No complaints there but be aware that this rusts very easily. Do not use in dishwasher. Wipe with water and towel dry immediately and then several more times as moisture can remain in the tiny holes. I’ve found using some olive oil spray once completely dry and then wiping it off avoids rust

I’m glad, I got the 3 slots. My French roll comes out beautifully. The pan is easy to keep clean, nonstick and loved that edge on the side of the pan for easily transferring the pan from oven to counter 👍

I always wondered why some baguettes had dimples on the bottom. The perforations on these types of pans allow for a crispy crust. I bought this to make banh mi sandwich rolls. My rolls came out looking very professional my first try.

I started baking alot of bread and this came in handy for doing french baguettes. It cradles the dough nicely when baking and gives it a rounded finish when it's done.

I really like how I can have bread rise, shape and bake in the same pan. Others have complained about bread going thru tiny holes but if you line with parchment paper first ( don't forget to crumble the paper first for better fit) you still get a beautiful baguette. I have used 3-4xs a week since receiving and it still looks new. Love it.
