A couple of things....when I unfolded it, it refused to lay flat, so I thought if I hang it over the deck railing in the summer heat, it will flatten out. Didn't happen. Then my husband put in the dryer, low heat, and that did the trick, it laid flat finally. Second, if left outdoors it will fill with rainwater, be like a permanent puddle until the water evaporates. I punched a few holes around the perimeter with a hole punch, and that did the trick. Last, I see some of the pictures people have posted have this in use for a litter box....and it will nicely contain the litter remnants as the cat departs from the box.....however (with the mat against my back door), my cat refuses to step on this mat unless absolutely necessary - because his claws get stuck in the curly plastic pieces very easily. If your cat has claws, I would not get this mat for in front of a little box (you don't want your kitty to NOT use the litter box just because of the claw-grabbing mat).

Lightweight and durable. Soft enough for bare feet and definitely has helped keep the sand from the beach outside! Easy to shake out when needed... Including after a rain. I've discovered it can hold a lot of water and won't dry out if I don't dump the water.

Most outdoor mats get wet, stay soggy and get moldy. Lots of rain this past summer drove me nuts. This still looks new after 2 months, I don't even have to clean it! The dirt must sink down. No mold or soggy mat, the rain water seeps down and off. I needed a very specific size and this was an exact match for my entryway. I may get more.

I have dogs and a sandy yard and this mat in front of door has made a huge difference!!

Grips the dirt at the doorway and helps keep the dirt our of the home. Bought 2 for both doors.

I bought this to use in our rv. I love these rugs. Great for getting dirt off your shoes.

Love the color & size of mat. Do NOT love the way it was wrapped too tightly!! It’s been 2 weeks & still has a ripple at one end which make a bit of a hump. This is our 2nd order of the same mat. The other one rolled out better. Washes well & is a great garage door mat.

I've seen a lot of people complaining about the mat not laying flat. I left my mat rolled out in the sun for a day and a half and it has been absolutely fine. I love G.G. products. Did not disappoint.

For some reason this mat comes folded in half and then rolled - so there are wrinkles. I threw it in the dryer on low for 30 minutes and it came out virtually wrinkle free. Wonderful material (not cloth) for muddy, wet or snowy dog feet or people coming into the house from the garage or side deck. Seems like it will really trap wet and dirt. The blue is quite a lovely colour on our tiles in the mud/laundry room. Perfect size to cover off garage and side door entrances together. So happy with it considering getting a "back-up" in case something happens to this one.

Nice mat - great color - BUT… the slightest wind flings it all over. Also, it isn’t packaged in a roll, but folded, so its horribly wrinkled and will probably take months to flatten out. So I’m kind of disappointed.

The mat was not exactly as I thought it was. Defintiely looks more like an outdoor mat, and maybe not as pretty as I hoped. Despite that, I was very happy at how it stays in place and doesn't budge or slip around. This was really important to me as I don't want my grandfather (89 years old) slipping when he comes through the front door. The old mat we had was always moving around. This will not do this. If you have a loved one that has a risk of failing, you know how dangerous any mats or rugs can be. This one was thin and non-slip and exactly what we needed for the entrance.

Its durable and easy to clean but not great for winter. The winter slush from my boots gets under the mat (since ofc I eventually have to walk off the mat) and can get pretty disgusting.
