Dia-Comte Hoods
I found this quality to be better than the original which came on the bike… it fit really well (took a bit of time trying to put them on), and the bike looks fantastic.

Great quality and fit.
Just make sure it's for the right model brake levers that you have.

Works for vintage SunTour aero brakes
I first bought the similar Dia Compe 287 aero hoods and put them on the gorgeous late '90s/early '00s Nishiki Altron 7000 I was gifting to my partner. They were too tall on the horns by quite a bit, so I bought these BL07 Blaze hoods instead and sent the first ones back. I hadn't put on brake hoods in years but remembered it being a big hassle. Rather than wrestling them and ripping the rubber to get them on, I followed the most logical advice on various bike forums and boiled the hoods for a few minutes before easily slipping them on and then adjusted them until they fit snug and shrank slightly while cooling. They look great and give solid cushioned support for riding in the hooks.

Worked For Me
These fit on my 1985 Dia-Compe AGC300 levers. Make sure you boil each hood first and use rubbing alcohol as a lubricant, with careful stretching and the alcohol they will slide on. It’s not a perfect fit like the originals, but close enough.

Fit my 1989 Schwinn Letour perfectly with the Blaze brake levers. See the before and after pictures attached.

I recommend boiling the hoods before trying to fit them on ...
I ordered the Dia Compe 287 hoods to replace the missing hoods on a set of Dia Compe brake levers that came with a set of Dia Compe a-5000 brakes on a late-80s Nishiki bike. The 287 hoods were too tall, but these Blaze hoods fit very well. I recommend boiling the hoods before trying to fit them on the levers. I also folded the back section (bar-facing end) of the hoods to make it easier to get over the aero tips of the lever. I'll probably buy another set or three for when this set gets grimey or if I need to re-wrap the bar at some point.

Does fit Dia Compe 251 Aero Grand Compe
I wanted a set of new hoods for my AGC 251 Levers and these fit nicely. Maybe not 100% perfect but close enough.Much better than paying 3x as much on ebay.
