This cover is waterproof and provides protection from rain as long as there's no wind. I just finished carrying my wet cushions inside to dry, before more rain followed by freezing temperatures. All three clips were still securely fastened to the legs of the couch. In my opinion there is a design flaw: there are 2 clips for the two back outside legs, and one clip for the front V section of legs, however the back V of the cover has no clips to hold it securely in place which allowed the cover to be blown and flipped over the couch and end up exposing the cushions. Sadly this didn't happen in time for me to return the cover.

Looks nice BUT, if you live anywhere with an occasional wind gust, this will blow right off. The the anchor straps are only on 3 corners. Using the letter L as an example, the straps are on the top left outside corner, the bottom right outside corner and the bottom left inside corner. The most important bottom left outside corner is missing! We had a strong wind gust last night with heavy rain. The wind got under that outside corner and blew the entire cover off. The entire sectional was soaked except for half of the top left and bottom right cushions. I repeat DO NOT BUY!!!!

I purchased this cover to have a layer of protection between my furniture and the elements during winter months. I believe it will do just that. I just tried it on and fits my new V shaped wicker sectional exactly like on the picture without any extra room left (83in x 83in). The cover will not be completely waterproof for heavy rains or snowfall (like a camping tent), there will be condensation forming under it which will cause mold on any fabric. So, I got a storage bag for cushions to store them in a dry place for the winter.

I bought a brand new outdoor couch this past spring. Unfortunately, it did not come with a cover. I researched outdoor couch covers and read reviews. I chose this specific cover, although it did not fit perfectly. The most important thing to me was protecting my couch as it cost me almost $700.I’ve had this couch cover for two months. As you can see from the photos, it did not protect my furniture at all from the sun. I’m so incredibly disappointed. The cover itself is even faded.I do not recommend this product at all. What’s the point? It kept my couch dry. That was it.

I had purchased this in 9/2020 and it didn’t make it thru ice storm and a separate issue is it ripped easy. It’s hard to find these so I have bought it one more time tonight and if it gets thru this year I’ll change my review but the ripping shouldn’t have happened.
