Great headphones brilliant sound quality, I use these daily for bike riding and they fit excellent and you don't need too keep re adjusting when riding they fit comfortably in the ear and dont move about. Great item.

Purchased these late December 2021 thr right one has stopped working and won't charge I have confirmed this company and not getting any replies!

The ear hook just gives that added stability and removes all worry of losing an earbud. The app is super straight forward and easy to use, I have customised both the controls and the sound EQ settings. The battery is impressive - lasted a 5 hour ride on Wednesday morning keeping me company in the dire weather. Definitely recommend.

I was really impressed with these at first but after a short time I was having charging problems, and the app was not really working too well either.

Received and promptly tested to find I'd be promptly sending them back. The right earpiece has a battery issue, arriving dead and then struggling to charge before displaying 90% in the companion app before quickly dwindling down to 30% and then 0%.The left earpiece was fine.That was the only downside although this is a pretty fundamental problem. The build quality of the earpieces is great, and the case feels okay, though it feels like it's bigger than it needs to be. There seemed to be an issue with the earpieces moving off the contacts within the case which could explain some difficulty charging the right earpiece. The touch sensitivity buttons were good although I never managed to utilise the triple tap successfully, though all the tapping arrangements can be modified in the app.The sound quality wasn't bad. I was never expecting it to be anywhere near some top quality brands like Bose, but they sounded like a £40-70 pair of headphones and adjusting the EQ in the app helped to achieve a better mix for the type of music I was listening to.Boompods just need to put in better QC to stop these bad set from getting to customers and they've got a good product.

I love listening to music whilst I run and these are so amazing they stay in place the sound is fantastic, really comfortable too great for listening to audiobooks in bed you forget they are on !!! Great gift too they come beautifully packaged

Der Sound und der Sitz sind super. Leider schaltet sich der rechte Kopfhörer im case von alleine ein und versucht sich zu verbinden. Der Akku ist somit immer leer. Da die Kopfhörer so nicht zu verwenden sind leiser nut ein Stern.

I have been using these now for over a month they are hands down the best wireless earbuds (or wired for that matter) I have ever owned. I've gone through 2 pairs of Powerboeats 3s, various Skull Candy headphones, and a pair of Phillips high performance headphones (which to be fair are pretty awesome, but have a wire). The Boompods though, are amazing! Excellent, excellent sound quality, sweatproof (and I sweat a TON), comfy fit, noise canceling, and cool equalizer in the app. For the price, you absolutely cannot go wrong. I run and lift, and no matter the position or how much I bounce around, they stay put. They do not cut out or get "fuzzy"...for lack of better word (happened with both pairs of beats). You will not regret this purchase

Left ear piece refused to charge at all and the right ear piece had an intermittent charging issue

I received this product in exchange for my honest review as part of the Amazon Vine Program. Seller the Boompods Store lists these as "Boompods Sportpods TWS in-Ear Bluetooth Sport Headphones with True Wireless Stereo Connection & Finger Touch Control, Powerful Bass, Sweatproof - Ergonomic Ear Tip Workout Earbuds (Black)". I wanted to have earphones that would stay in during treadmill use and exercise, plus sound good. These fit quite well. The over ear loops are very flexible but do not deform permanently to take a set shape. Even with my eyeglasses, the fit is good.Picture 1 is what I received with Picture 2 of the Boompods Sport Earphones. I liked the discrete logo. These are touch sensitive and paired with my phone or iPod easily using BT 5.0. I was easily able to take calls and the built in microphones were good. These come with 3 sets of silicone eartips; I prefer the smallest. These are water and sweat proof to IPX5 standards - good! The battery life is extensive and the recharge case will top off the earbud batteries multiple times.No plastic in the packaging! All recyclable paper, thanks Boompods!The sound is very good in the mids and highs but the base is a bit weak. These required a slightly higher device volume to get decent sound detail - when turned way down (lower than I would usually listen) the sound lacks vibrancy and detail. They don't drop connection or cut out. Of course, everyone's ears hear a little differently! The available app shouldn't be required to tune these - I believe the very best earphones can achieve great sound alone.I liked the fit and was happy with the sound for the value. Recommended!

This product worked for maybe 5 days. After which it would lose connection, refuse to pair, and continuously skip tracks. Now the right earphones will not charge. Complete waste of money. I called the company and they sent me a stock response which was a collection of Youtube videos that did not address my specific issues. I followed up with them and they have not responded weeks after.
