This is good for practicing my posture for serving, strength and speed as the ball return is much faster than usual and you have to hit with enough strength to have it return before it dies down however it will mess up your accuracy. SO you have to practice your accuracy a lot without it, so your muscle memory doesn't send the ball all over the place. Plus you must already have decent form before tackling this.

This product was great straight out of the box. But after around 30-40 mins of playing the string snapped. It did come with extra strings and balls but the same problem kept happening. Its good for beginners because it is easier for them. But if you are on the more professional side and hit the ball too hard the string will snap.

Received the new tennis trainer today and everything came as promised. No issues with packaging or product itself upon arrival. However, after 8-10 shots the elastic string continues to come untied from the ball. Not a big issue after the first time, but now it continues and you have to stop every 5 mins. and retreive the ball if possible as it comes loose and tie back to the cord.Attaching the cord to the ball is a trick in itself, the tennis ball has a VERY tight small band sewn into the ball and this is were you run the cord thru and then tie your knotSSS. I used a very small screwdriver to run under the band on the ball and then a nail with cord wrapped around nail head to slowly work the cord back thru the band , then tying multiple knots.Weight seems to be fine, about the size of a hockey puck and elastic cord is attached using a fishing swivel. After all this is a simple way to hit some balls at home for a beginner, I just need to find a way to actually keep the ball attached to the cord. May require a special knot as opposed to simple multiple knots that seem to come undone as the cord stretches with each hit.For the price I would recommend but just keep in mind as always "you get what you pay for". Don't expect too much and I think it will be fine.

Got this trainer for my daughter. It took a little time for her to get use to action but once she got it down she loves it. Highly recommended for novice player.

Bought this for my young beginner to practice hitting. Turn out it is kind of dangerous for them since the returning ball come back with much higher force and will jolt the racquet from their grip. I tried it out myself and notice the same problem.

Mejor de lo que esperaba. He podido practicar por periodos largos sin que exista ningún inconveniente. La sujeción de la pelota es muy buena y mantiene el rebote aún después de un largo periodo. Lo que no he podido averiguar es si a la larga es posible comprar pelotas de repuesto que tengan instalado el broche de sujeción.

Me gustó mucho y lo utilizo para practicar, espero poder comprar las ligas después.
